Character Trait Award Recipients-EMPATHY

Safety Video for our Kaseberg Students

We have been spending a lot of time prepping our staff and campus for our student's return and ensuring it is as safe as possible for all of our students.  We would like to encourage all of our families to watch these Safety Videos before returning to school to ensure we all have an understanding and an idea of what school will look like when kids return.  It is very important that we are all practicing these safety precautions to ensure we stay open for our Kaseberg Community.

Grade Level Supply List Request/Donation

During our return to in-person instruction, students will be asked to have their own supplies since they will not be able to share supplies in the classroom setting.  This will decrease the risk of spreading germs.  Attached is our grade level supply list request.  If you are able to purchase these items for your child it would be greatly appreciated since students will not be able to share items in the classroom.  Thank you!

Chromebook Return Requirements

All students will be required to bring their Chromebook and charger for the first day of school.  Teachers will be collecting the Chromebooks and chargers and these items will be staying at school for use.  In grades 3rd-5th, student Chromebooks will remain checked out to each student and will only be used by that student in the class.  In grades K-2nd,  once we receive the Chromebook we will remove the Chromebook from the student's account.  Chromebooks will then be shared amongst students in the class.  Please read this letter for specifics on replacement costs during collection.

We are counting on you to keep making music as we transition to 5-Day and Champions learning! Here is the video music lesson preview:

Here is a document that has been shared with us by Placer County Office of Education that discusses the protocols that families and staff will follow when we return to campus for COVID related illnesses.  This document will be updated again before we return on November 4th, but I felt it was important for parents to have access to view different scenarios now.  Please reach out to Principal Duncan if you have any questions.  Health and Safety Protocols LINK
