NEW RCSD Volunteer Expectations~
At Kaseberg Elementary, we value the partnership of our families and always appreciate the time and support of our parent volunteers. Whether you're helping in the classroom, chaperoning a field trip, or assisting with school events, your involvement makes a positive difference for our students.
Please note that Roseville City School District has updated its volunteer requirements. All volunteers must complete the required training and submit the necessary documentation before volunteering on campus, in classrooms, or during field trips.
For complete details on volunteer requirements and the approval process, please visit the RCSD Volunteer page on the district website. We look forward to partnering with you throughout the school year!
Category II
Volunteers who participate at school or in school activities on a regular basis and who may under the direction of certificated personnel work with students outside the direct supervision of staff. Participation as a Category II volunteer requires fingerprint and TB clearance prior to beginning as a volunteer, and the completion of mandated reporter training within six weeks of applying to volunteer. School site administrators and the District office approve Category II volunteers.
- Tuberculosis (TB) Test
- Fingerprinting (Volunteer Paid)
- Mandated Reporter Training

2026-2027 Student Supply List~
First Two Days of School Drop-Off Expectations~
Our gates will open at 7:30 am for kids to enter campus and walk straight to their classroom. Parents will be allowed to walk their children to their classrooms on August 6th and 7th ONLY. Parents will be asked to leave campus by 7:45 am so that the first day of school instruction and fun can begin. Starting on Monday, August 10th parents will not be allowed past our gates.
Below you will find the options for student drop-off and pick-up locations on our campus. In addition we have added some important reminders as we prepare for much more traffic in our parking lot this year.
- Car Drop Off/Pick Up Line: If you are using the drive-thru drop-off/pick-up you CANNOT get out of your car. Your child must be able to get in and out of the car on their own.
- Increased Parking Lot Traffic: Due to the increase in student population, we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE families to leave 10-15 minutes earlier than usual to accommodate the increased traffic.
- Parking Spaces: If you need to get out of your car, please find a parking spot to do so. You must be parked in a designated parking space
- Kaseberg Campus Map: Please refer to our campus map for designated Grade Level Gates. MAP LINK
