 Message from Principal Duncan~

The start of March kicked off Trimester 3, and with the beautiful weather, our campus is buzzing with spring fever! We had a fantastic Read Across America Week and are thrilled to share that we raised more than $1,700 for our school library. Thank you to everyone who supported this effort—we truly appreciate our amazing community.

Over the next two weeks, before we head into Spring Break, we’ll be launching our biggest fundraiser of the year: the Sports-a-Thon! Funds raised will help support updates to our library and provide resources for next year as our school grows to 600 students. Thank you in advance for supporting our students and helping our school continue to thrive!

Sports-a-thon Fundraiser~

The next two weeks are going to be filled with fun as we discover new worlds and work together to raise $18,000 for library books, furniture, and items for the additional students we are absorbing at Kaseberg Elementary! Every student will participate in the fun through a character-building program, event day, and school incentives. Here are a few things you can do to help us reach our big goals! 

• 👍 Register your student at MyBooster.com to join the fun. Search for “Kaseberg Elementary.”
• 💵 Donate and ✉️ share. We are encouraging every family to share their donation page with 10 people.
• 🎟️ First donation of $35 = FREE 60-Minute Game Play Pass to Dave & Buster's AND be entered to win a FREE MEGA VIP Party! 
• 🎁 Throughout the week, our class will earn fun rewards based on how much we raise on our classroom tracker. When our class earns a reward, this adds some extra awesomeness to our day.
• 🎉 03/27/2026: Event Day. This is our epic celebration day for Kaseberg Sport-A-Thon!

📅 Attendance Matters at Kaseberg!

Thank you to our amazing Kaseberg families for helping us keep attendance strong! When students miss less than 10% of the school year, research shows they are more successful academically and grow stronger reading skills.

❤️ At Kaseberg, we work to create a school where students feel loved, safe, and excited to come each day.

🏆 Great news! We currently have the 2nd best attendance rate in RCSD, with only 5.57% of students missing more than 10% of the school year.

🎯 Let’s finish the year strong and reach our goal of 5% or less in chronic absenteeism!
