Important Information~
Field Day-Wednesday, May 20th~
Field Day is coming up this Wednesday, 5/20, and we are looking forward to a fun-filled day of activities and excitement for our students! To help everyone stay comfortable and prepared, we encourage students to wear sunscreen and bring a hat and a water bottle clearly labeled with their name.
Students will have the opportunity to participate in a few water activities and may get a little wet throughout the day. Please note that bathing suits should not be worn to school.
For safety and comfort, please send students in closed-toe shoes suitable for running and active play. Sandals and flip-flops are not permitted, and Crocs are not recommended as they can become slippery during activities. Tennis shoes are the best option for this active day.
Students may also want to bring an extra set of clothes, especially dry socks and/or shoes, in case they get wet.
We can't wait for a fun and memorable Field Day!
Our amazing Hawks filled up our Caught Cha Tower this school year and voted to earn a schoolwide Water Gun Recess celebration!
To help make this event fun and safe for everyone, we have purchased mini water guns for all 300 students. On Friday, May 22nd, our entire student body will enjoy an extra 15-minute recess filled with water fun and celebration. Students who prefer not to participate in the water activities will also have exciting options available, including art, crafts, chalk activities, and other fun choices.
- Please note that students may not bring water guns from home. Each student will be provided with a school-approved mini water gun to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
